During this three hour team building experience employees will receive education, practical tools, and an ancient technique that will contribute value to their lives and to your workplace on many different levels.

The Labyrinth has been utilized as a tool for meditation, prayer, centering, and a way of reflecting on change in many cultures all over the world for thousands of years. While it is not known how they originated they seem to proliferate when humanity is in a hinge time as we are now.

Labyrinths are being built in hospitals, churches, cancer centers, and prisons, as well as in private settings.  They are used to reduce stress, create a meditative state, to create self awareness, deep connection to self as well as work to ground and center the individual.  Those who experience the Labyrinth nLotice emotional freedom as their mind is allowed to wander and they are able to be fully present to receive ideas and inspiration.  When used in community settings it creates awareness of one’s interaction with others, and how one negotiates those meetings.  This makes the Labyrinth a valuable tool for team building and thus enhances productivity.

Additionally Labyrinths have been known to reduce stress, and actually bring down blood pressure in a short time, and create a strong sense of peace.

As the person walks the 180 degree turns on the Labyrinth the brain changes from right to left sides which causes this integration and results in increased functioning.  This helps the participant integrate both sides of their brain producing an increased ability to articulate an integrated experience when problem solving.

Since walking the Labyrinth is a tool for insight about one’s patterns, the way the Labyrinth is walked is a metaphor for how the person functions in their personal and work life. If used to support personal and professional growth it can be a tool that accomplishes many goals that are valuable to your team and workplace as a whole.
